Single Family Rent Estimate Request Form

Instructions: Please complete the fields below if you would like to submit a rent estimate for a single-family unit.  Single-family units include single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, quadruplexes, or individually owned condominiums or townhomes. You should receive your estimate within 3-5 business days from submission.  The estimate is valid for up to 90 days. Rent estimates for multi-family properties may be submitted by completing the Multi-family Rent Schedule Request Form HERE. If you would like to request a rental increase for a single-family property, please complete our normal process by submitting a Request for Tenancy Approval Renewal Form on the Landlord Portal. Please complete the Multi-family Rent Schedule Request Form for multi-family property rental increase requests.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY RENT BOOST (EERB) CRITERIA (IF APPLICABLE)

Please indicate below which upgrade you would like for us to consider by checking the applicable box for the Level of Energy Efficiency Boost in which your unit qualifies. Please check only one Level (1, 2, or 3). In order to qualify for the higher levels, Level 2 or 3, the criteria for the previous level(s) must also be met. Please note that supporting documentation is not required to receive a rent estimate but an Inspector must perform an inspection of your unit and collect required documentation (if applicable) once a Request for Tenancy Approval (RTA) is submitted.
Energy Efficient Rent Boost (Level 1)

Level 1: Silver ($50):

Description

Lighting, Low Flow Water Upgrades & Insulation

Minimum Requirement

Replacement of incandescent bulbs with LED Bulbs, Low Flow faucet aerators and Toilet(s) that use 1.28 gallons or less per flush, installing insulation to meet or exceed an R-38 value in the attic and for unconditioned basement or crawl space, install floor insulation to meet or exceed R-19.

Energy Efficient Rent Boost (Level 2)

Level 2: Gold ($125):

Description

All Level 1 items + Air Sealing & Energy Star Appliances (Refrigerator)

Minimum Requirement

Upgrades to all of the following are required in addition to Level 1 items above plus:

  • Weather sealing per table 402.4.2 of Georgia Energy Code
  • Energy Star Rated Refrigerator
Supporting Documentation Required at Time of RTA Submission
  • AH Inspector Verification
  • Landlord must supply final weather sealing test report or equivalent as approved
  • Landlord must supply refrigerator model number and serial number to the inspector (Verification of Energy Star Product at https://www.energystar.gov/products)
Energy Efficient Rent Boost (Level 3)

Level 3: Platinum ($175):

Description

All Level 1 and 2 items + HVAC & Windows

Minimum Requirement

Upgrades to all of the following are required in addition to Level 1 and Level 2 items above plus:

  • Furnace and Central A/C or Energy Star Qualified PTAC unit
  • 16 Seer or better exterior condenser
  • Proper seal of ductwork
  • Programmable Thermostat
  • Replacement of all single pane windows with Low-E Glass Windows
Supporting Documentation Required at Time of RTA Submission
  • AH Inspector Verification
  • Landlord must supply model number and serial number of HVAC System to the inspector
